Responsible for global Human Resources (HR) and all enterprise-wide HR programs, processes, and operations, Chad partners with the company’s global business units, functions, and services to ensure HR programs and talent align with the enterprise strategy and customer needs. This includes governance of all people-related policies and programs as well as employee total rewards, talent, HR technology & analytics, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion.

Also, Chad is CEO at GRE an Executive Search firm with its primary office located in Coral Gables, Florida and most recently the Republic of Panama. Servicing the need for mid-level to seasoned professionals in accounting and finance, technology, engineering and manufacturing, legal, management, marketing, and human resources. Chad has operated in over different 40 countries to a diverse clientele including Fortune 500 companies.

Chad joined PBSepc in 2019 in staffing and recruiting for the Construction business, and now assumes responsibility across multiple businesses both in domestic and international home offices and field assignments. Throughout his career, Chad is known for his commitment to delivery, collaborative leadership, and inclusive partnership with business and project partners.

Chad graduated from Florida International University also obtained a BS in International Affairs from Florida State University.
