Dimitri joined the PBSepc Board of Directors in 2019. He leads businesses and corporate development programs, providing advice to the company in matters related to strategy, technology and investments. Dimitry also serves as VP of Development for the Gold Coast Florida Regional Center, bringing his experience that extends from development due diligence to all stages of pre-construction, construction, and closeout of multidisciplinary developments, including residential, commercial, mega retail, industrial, transportation and governmental projects.

Prior to GCFRC Dimitri held Senior Managerial & Administrative responsibility for a series of large international and national development Groups including Redefine Properties, Plaffond LLC, AI Futtaim Group in Dubai, Anastasi Properties LTD, and Concord Construction.

Mr. Papaikonomou graduated from the University Of Pretoria (Universiteit van Pretoria with a Bachelor in Construction Management.
