Walter is PBSepc’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the overall operational performance of the firm. Walter started with PBSepc in 2017 as a partner from his private practice.

Walter has served as a field Engineer, Manager and Executive roles in legacy projects such as The Concourse E Satellite Extension Tunnel and Utility Corridor, Miami-Dade Aviation Dept. Miami, FL, FAA Air Traffic Control Tower, Link Building, FAA, Miami, FL and Concourse A Phase II, Miami-Dade Aviation Dept., Miami, FL. His 25 + years of experience has taught him to think ahead and thoroughly analyze challenging management assignments. This was the perfect preparation for his daily work with our regional leaders and project teams, focusing on using PBSepc’s best practices and continually improving our operational excellence. Walter l is currently the Director of Construction operation at Alta Cuina Corp.,

Mr. Delgado is responsible for the company’s planning, execution and successful delivery of all construction operations in the United States. Mr. Delgado is a seasoned and highly experienced in field operations, contract administration, managing and successfully delivering large and very complex projects. Mr. Delgado is also a Florida Certified General Contractor. creating and expanding many high-margin business units. He was recognized for his efforts in steering the company growth, by implementing significant talent initiatives and driving significant profitable growth through diversification into new markets. Before Alta Cuina Corp, he was a Senior Executive, Engineer, Project Manager at Odebrecht USA, Archer Western Contractors, Kiewit Southern Corp Archer Western Contractors & Delant Construction Co.

Mr. Delgado graduated from the Colombian School of Engineering BSCE, and Georgia Institute of Technology: MSCE with a minor in Construction Management.
