Bruce Cavossa is a South Florida Construction and Development Professional with 30 years of experience in Executive Construction Management, Pre-construction services and Operations Management. Prior to starting Cavossa Management Inc. Bruce work for and collaborated with some of the largest and most
respected Developers and General Contractors in South Florida.

Since the 1990’s Bruce has worked in Project Management, Estimating, Operations and Executive Management at Suffolk Construction, Konover Construction, Kaufman Lynn Construction and The Related Group. Further Bruce has collaborated on projects with Plaza Construction, John Moriarty Associates, Moss Construction, Stiles, Kast Construction as well as others.

In the 70’s and 80’s he worked in a family Concrete Construction business, Pump, Placing and Finishing Concrete. Bruce has several years of field experience in sitework, utilities and Concrete Construction He brings this experience to every project with problem solving approach that has 4 decades of lessons learned. His project portfolio includes High-Rise and Mid- Rise Condominiums, Multi-Family Residential, Mixed Use, Hospitality Retail, Automotive, Parking Garages, Country Clubs, Public and Private Schools as well as University Projects.

Cavossa has completed over 100 Projects in South Florida from $1,000,000 – $150,000,000 and has completed over a billion dollars in projects.
