Alberto J. Polanco, is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of PBSepc Group.
A dedicated and self-motivated professional quickly became proficient in completing projects on time, within budget maintaining Best in Class quality procuring engineering, fabrication, Construction & managing a variety of projects in one of the most demanding markets in the world as is South Florida. While still maintaining or transcending the highest quality standards, whether it is a Commercial, Industrial, Utility, or Governmental Projects. While attending the (CCES) Communication Corp Educational System in 1991 he worked for the National Cable Network as a broadcasters, eventually working for the Champion Philadelphia Phillies & Red Sox. We’re he won’t the 2008 World Series with the Phillies. Most notably he worked for the US Department Of Commerce as Partnerships Specialist Where he got to experience first hand, the enormous need for adequate project management in the development industry. Alberto create over 400 partnerships with local government, Law enforcement agencies and community leaders. Growing restless, he graduate from 2 different Entities with certificates on Construction Project Management and International Project Management., at The University of Adelaide and BID ( Banco Interamericano De Desarrollo) he when on and founded PBS to provide the fundamentals of Value, Integrity, and transparency, His rich verse experience coupled with a profound fascination for engineering, led to his participation in the development industry as a collaborative partner focused on creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, trade partners and the developing community worldwide. Certified project management specializing in new commercial construction projects.
Polanco has led PBSepc, Group. in service as Project Manager and Project Supervisor, Manage and develop over 100 construction projects totaling more than 2.5 million square fees including-high end retail stores, more than 12 Medical facilities, Multiple hotels, Restaurants, Multi-use Facilities, FPL Distribution Center, Miami New Train Station and Residential, and throughout South Florida. Duties have included business development, GC management, estimating, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor negotiations, operations, field administration, training, and compliance.
Married to wife Elizabeth, Mr. Polanco has 4 children of which 2 are adults who are active in the organization.
